In the same year that I graduated, I was hired by London Health Sciences Centre as a Programmer Analyst at the University campus.  The primary job function was to extract pertinent information from a very large and complex database which contains the data for electronic medical records.  Currently, I operate my own business providing similar services for healthcare organizations in Canada and the United States.
