Josh Morgan was elected as the Ward 7 Councillor in London, Ontario on October 27, 2014 and began his term of office on December 1, 2014.  A previous Chair of the London Public Library Board, Josh has also recently served on the Museum London Board, Western Fair Association Board of Governors, the Western University Joint Pension Board, and the Town of Milton Municipal Election Compliance Audit Committee.  He also has held previous leadership positions on various other boards, service clubs and community organizations. Josh is also the Recruitment and Development Officer for the Local Government Program at Western University.
